Many of us care
I care. I'd hate to think that something happened to one of our family members.
No doubt Chuckles is off somewhere where they make lots of oil, wages are high and conditions are amazing. Anywhere other than Australia really.....

Eh wantok. You called?
I read PPRuNe everyday.
Last I heard Chuck was headed to new employment and completing a B737 (I think?) endorsement and ICUS or line training in Australia and was so busy he couldn't scratch himself.
Haven't heard from Tinnie for ages but I am sure he is OK and around.
I often think about those daring young dudes in Junior's flying machines, from my PNG, Asian and Australian airline days, who are now sedate grand fathers, probably more interested in the latest Zimmer frame options. I'd hate to think any of them fell of the perch without at least one last shout!

Grandpa Aerotart
Yup - finished the QF (on behalf of my new employer) B737-800NG command course a month ago. Now happily ensconced in new job closer to home.
The QF Dom guys and girls put on a brilliant course - 13 weeks of head down bum up.

Enough of the simmer frame crap thanks very much. A grandfather I may be but scratch the surface and I am still one of Junior's young dudes.
Having said that I too, from time to time, sit and ponder - did we really do all that!

I'm about 30 years out of date for this site.
Anyhow, what will Chungy do with his gong? Good bloke. Bloody hilarious watching him(40 years ago) selecting cannon fodder for the Highland Slave Labour Service. A master of the pidgin...
