Question Tiger oz Vs Jet* oz

Hi,

I am after some info/advice regarding the better place to work as FO, Tiger Oz or Jetstar Oz?

Besides pay, feel free to include things such as:
Possible bond for type rated 320?
lifestyle?
leave requests?
staff travel benefits? (will tiger get virgin/etihad travel benefits?)
bidding fairness/system?
Training/checking?
destinations/ overnights?
cmd upgrade time?
Overal feeling of the work environment?
Days off per month?
Avg flt hrs p/m?
Etc etc

At this stage leaning toward jetstar due to larger network and expansion as well as possible flexi contract option if f/t flying cant be done. Thoughts?

Hopefully if you can keep it factual without mud throwing that would be great.

Thanks alot in advance!

From what I can provide;

TT is in the cusp of a mega expansion with the support of VA. that said at the current time TT operate from MEL to PER, ADL, HBA, SYD, BNE, OOL, MKY, CNS. and from SYD to OOL, BNE, MEL & CFS.

I Know at the moment the only BOC flight is a PER return departing at 2135 and returning back into MEL at 0600.

Due to the new crew basing you may have to go to SYD from time to time but saying that, that maybe left to the more senior guys (?). Otherwise there is no over nighting at the present time.

Possible bond for type rated 320?byo rating. unless youre a cadet
lifestyle?depends on base and your definition of lifestyle. both are lcc. that should be some clue
leave requests?hit and miss, but the jq system favours the more senior
staff travel benefits? (will tiger get virgin/etihad travel benefits?)not bad at jq. all online and access to the full qf system
bidding fairness/system?hahahahaaaa
Training/checking?checking is trending better. no time or money for trg
destinations/ overnights?everywhere nearly. depends on base/rank. 0-12 p/m depending on your quals
cmd upgrade time?lately about 5 at jq altho the mou is a bigger factor
Overal feeling of the work environment?learn to laugh
Days off per month?10-11
Avg flt hrs p/m?betw 70-100. base rank etc

which is best? count the numbers of who has jumped to the other. answr may surprise.
