MANAGE and DECIDE in CRM decision making.

Over a few wines at dinner, a family friend askd about decision making processes. I remember from days past, 2 different acronyms...MANAGE and DECIDE.

But in my reduced mental state I cant for the life of me remember what they stand for.

Does anyone remember?
