Sounds a bit dear to me.
Never flown a Zlin 143, but I loved the Z142. Very solid, even if a bit heavy, aircraft.
You always need to check the spar status on Zlins, as some have a limited life.
The 143 has a Lycoming engine, which should make it easier for maintenance.
Also be aware that the manufacturer Moravan has had a volatile history recently.

However if you have a bend that way a PA-28 type is probably a third the price.
If you want the option of aerobatics, you can't really compare this aircraft with The Trener Master. (Zlin 326). You're talking lots of money for a mediocre heap of aluminium in a 143.
I should qualify that by saying I have flown both my suggestions and only looked with disinterest at your choice.
Good luck either way.
