Toowoomba Airport Open Day - 100 years of avition in Toowoomba
G'day All
Wishing to extend the invitation and advise that the Toowoomba Airport Open Day Fly-in will be held at toowoomba Saturday November 3. This is to celebrate 100 years of aviation in Toowoomba. It is an open Community invitation.
Will have local aircraft on display incluing FIFO aircraft (King Air's and other larger twins),Warbirds, Vintage, LSA and GA and all going well a Dash 8-300 Aircraft on display. Aeromill have confirmed with two Skycatchers and Tecnam so far.
Will have a skydiving demo to finish the event.
Along with the Static Aircraft displays will have a community Arts and Crafts market day.
Regards
Scott

The weather looks like it will play nice and setup tomorrow. Still to hear back from some folk who have previously confirmed attendance but was wondering whoelse is thinking of coming along for the day. And had it confirmed landing fees will be waived for the event.
Cheers

CASA would be more than happy to attend also. So make sure your shirts are tucked in, all pilot log books contain correct spelling and ensure the aerodrome wind socks are not in a state of disrepair!
