Virgin AME or LAME jobs, what does it take?

A question to all in the know. I have applied for no less than 10 positions Australia wide for both LAME & AME positions with not even an interview coming my way. I know of at least 4 other people in the exact same situation. Can anyone from Virgin please explain what goes on there?

Virgins HR department would be in the know. Have you tried contacting them directly?

How do you know there is a pilot in the room?

Don't worry, he'll tell you?
