Recommend me an instructor? (YMMB)

So now I am all ready to go for my CPL I have done the rounds of the schools and have narrowed it down to a few - one thing that is hard to pick is the instructor.

I would be very grateful if some of you would share you experiences with me on some good instructors at the field.

PM me if you prefer.

Still not sure since the last time you asked on February 15th?

Refer to your last post and my reply.

I haven't used him for CPL as I'm no longer in Melbourne but when speaking to him I found him to be the guy I would have loved to done my CPL - Dave Prossor, he is at MFT.

Have his mobile number and e-mail, if you'd like them just pm me.

Also have some references (past students) contact details but he will give them to you if requested.. Nice guy, thorough.

Another vote for Dave Prosser. I had a few instructors and he was by the far the best. He is a commercial pilot/instructor that has been around the traps. He will prepare you for the real world and how to survive it.

Another vote for Steve, though he generally doesn't do CPL training as he's booked out months in advance for his MECIR's but one of the nicest guys going around and very knowledgeable.

However Michael Walden and Frank D'Agostino are also two very good instructors.

I have also flown with some of the guys at MFT and found them to be pretty stand up sort of guys as well.
