Overseas hours build toward Aus-ATPL?

If you are flying in Canada on a converted Canadian CPL and you meet the Aus-ATPL prerequisite hours (conducted in Canada), are you eligible for a ATPL provided you have sat all the examinations?

Thanks

The hours and ratings come basically straight across, you just need to get them validated by CASA which can take up to 52 days or something like that, but is normally much quicker. When you say you have a converted CPL, what was it converted from?
