Some training is tax deductible provided that you are employed as a pilot within a registered operator (ABN/ACN) and you specifically require that training for your employed role, or for career progression WITHIN THAT COMPANY ONLY
Technically if a driver of an m23 gets a job offer for a larger different airline and pays his/her way to a 737 endo, that is NOT tax deductible.... though most do it
your medical is (provided your employed as a pilot) as are your maps, Jeps etc

Assuming you are talking about paying the school, the only thing left is an instrument rating tax free offered as an advanced diploma.
