ASIC - 1 PID and 2 TID
--------Tertiary Identification Documents (TID):
Note – A TID must set out the applicant's name and current address:
• A document issued by an Australian bank or financial institution from its records of a
mortgage or other security given by applicant;----------
Other security.. what does that include? Im in nz and I'll be in WA in a few weeks.. Il be handing in my ASIC with my TTMRA forms to CASA.
Is it okay for me to write down the address that I will be staying at for my current address? and what documents are issued by an AUS bank that gives my security to that bank. Bankstatement?

The company Leadie is referring to I think is Aviation ID Australia and yes they are very helpful.
What is easier than trying to figure out what is and what isn't acceptable as a tertiary ID document is an Oz drivers licence (if you have one). Unfortunately overseas ASIC applicants got screwed by the regulations.
Out of interest, does your NZ pilot licence have a photo? If it does, then that is a secondary ID like the drivers licence.

Nope I'm still in NZ, I'm in the process of completing my TTMRA forms and ASIC while i'm still here so as soon as i land in aussieland i and walk into a copshop and get everything signed and sent off.
Unfortunantly a nz cpl has no photo ID
So i'm stuck with passport + nz drivers license + 1 other form of TID. Any suggestions?

Verifiable Reference is a secondary ID.
Have you known someone in Australia for more than 12 months?
Reg 6.04(4)
verifiable reference about somebody (the identified person)
means a reference from:
(a) a bank or similar financial institution; or
(b) somebody whose identity has been verified by means of:
(i) 2 primary identification documents; or
(ii) a primary identification document and a secondary
identification document; or
(iii) a primary identification document and 2 tertiary
identification documents; or
(c) a referee acceptable to the person or body that requires the
identification of the identified person;
that:
(d) identifies the identified person by name; and
(e) certifies that the person who signed the reference has
known the identified person by that name for at least
12 months; and
(f) is signed by or for the referee and by the identified person.
So just a simple statement on the page saying "I ------ (referee) have known -------(applicant) for a period of ------(years).
signed ------- referee --------- applicant
Attach certified copies of primary and other ID and voila!
