Virgin AME job

I see that Virgin have advertised for an AME in Brissy. Can anybody tell me what an AME with Virgin gets paid in Brissy. Dont know if its EIR or E&A

Any idea what the LIKELYHOOD is of getting a course and getting upgraded??
