Cabin Crew jump seats?

Can anyone assist me, I am wanting information with regard to cabin crew jumpseats onboard the 737- 800. Are they stock standard or do different airlines put their own types in?

They can come in two types, either a four point harness, or lap belt with shoulder harness.
