Finishing off PPL in Perth
Hi,
I'm going to be moving the Perth in the new year (should be GFPT by then) and need to finish off my PPL on my weekends. How much can I expect to pay for training?
Given my weight I'll have to do it in a C172 or similar.
Feel free to PM.
Thanks.

Thanks for the advice. Will keep that in mind. I currently travel about 100km to fly at present because there is no waiting and rates are reasonable.
I see there is also an air strip at gingin.

Minovation at Jandakot. I was fortunate enough to have a couple of lessons with Min when doing my PPL in England - I was over in Perth visiting rellies. I'm pretty sure we went to Murrayfield to do some circuits, it certainly wasn't Serpentine. Great, friendly school and Min doesn't yatter at you the whole time you are flying. Look up their website - they even have their own Environmental Officer.

Yep, finished my PPL with Minovation, so I can second that. They fly mostly Boomerangs and PA28s, though. Bunbury is a good option if you don't mind travelling (it's about two hours south of Perth), as there are no landing/T&G fees.
