Thomas (Tom) Christopher

Regrettably, I have sad news that Tom Christopher has passed away.
Tom was the CP/CFI at Sunland Aviation.
I have called or emailed as many people as possible. However, I apologise to those I did not get to before posting this message.
Those who knew Tom are welcome to email me if you would like to be advised of a future Service etc.

Regards to all and fly safe.

Angel

I am very shocked and very saddened to learn that Tom has passed away.
It was only last week that he and I had a great old 'laugh and chat' about all sorts of things . Some aviation related and others not. It was really nice to see him in such high spirits.

Remember .... "It's always sunny on top, even when the darkest clouds exist at ground-level".

May he rest in peace.

Au revoir Tom.

You were a gentleman and a great bloke. I flew with you over 4 days in 2009 when you were based at Port Hedland.

They were long, long days in the Pilbara but looking back now I see that period as one of the highlights of my aviation career.

Approaching top of climb. 6th August, 2009. King Air B200 VH-OYD, YNWN-YPPD (Newman - Port Hedland).

Does anyone have any details of a service or funeral for Tom, where and when?

Tom sent me solo on the 29th of January, 1995.

I will not ever forget that day, nor will I forget him.

A true and gentle man.
