Aussie Bushfires....Could THIS be the answer..??

Could this new Boeing designed system be the answer to our annual bushfire problem?

It fits into any 'cargo' plane with the rear door - demonstrated here out of a C130, of which 'we' (RAAF) have a few....

The aircraft flies typically at 500ft - or even 1,000ft is possible for the precision drop. so night dropping is possible.

splat..!

And the remains of the flat numbats, wombats and the rare bush orchids.

These bags n boxes should be tested on the people who might make a decision to use them.

And remember, there are penalties for littering.

The red tape blizzard in this country will make sure it never happens.

If the crew all urinate out the back that would help as well, smacks of all the expirimenation that went on after WW2 for aerial firefighting. Why not just chuck a big bomb out and blow the fire out? That was tried as well
