CAAP 235-4(0)
Hi PPRuners.
My quick question relates to the diagram of the take-off profile on page of the CAAP
http://www.casa.gov.au/wcmswr/_asset.../ops/235_4.pdf
The diagram depicts a gross climb in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th sectors, and then also the associated net climb profiles.
My query is regards to the 3rd segment (level acceleration).
Its my understanding, that the 2nd segment is to 400' regardless of the net or gross gradient used. Therefore the 3rd level segment must be conducted at a minimum of 400', not as depicted in the diagram which infers a net flight path below 400'.
Is the diagram misleading or am i missing something rather obvious here?
Thanks
