Buying Bose A20 in USA
I am in the USA as we speak and Bose headset will work out cheaper for me to buy.
Is the Bose Warranty Int? or will i have dramas in australia if i need to use it?

Mate, best bet is to contact Bose direct, they should have a 1800 number. Ask them ,then double check with the store u buy it from and look at warranty card in the box.
Do it. I don't hesitate when it comes to US purchasing. Good service, quicker delivery and better pricing. Sometimes Aussie dealers just don't quite get it. I have never really understood why I can get something from the States quicker than from somewhere in Aus.
Heck I ain't even been there, I just do it all online from OZ. The chance of a warranty claim on a Bose is very slim anyway. Bose being Bose, I am also sure you would get warranty service anywhere in the world.

I'm on my second brand new A20, which I just got back from sending in for repairs.
Fantastic headset.... As long as its working.
To be fair Bose did replace and repair.... But yeah, i'd be making sure the warranty is valid before you drop a grand on one.
I have 2 x Bose and both have been pretty well faultless for over 3 years. The only problems is that the ear cups seem to wear. You can buy these from Bose and fit them yourself easily.

Seems like two folk on here have already had warranty claims on an A20(?) I wouldn't bother with the A20. I got a lightly used Bose X on eBay for $450 about a year ago. Its like new and never gives a spot of bother but maybe that was just lucky.... I used to have an older Bose that needed a plug fixing but I could not get even a half sensible price out of Bose about that. My choice if buying new would definitely be the Lightspeed, Zulu or Sierra.

I purchased my bose X in 2004 from the US.
They have a ten year warranty, my X has been back to bose for warranty service twice over 7 years. The only thing original on my X headset is the metal headband.
I purchased an A20 4 months ago (From US) and they are in for repair now - had a faulty wire to the right earpiece.
Yes they need repair from time to time, but the Bose support has been faultless they do honour the warranty.
The downside of the A20 is it only has a 5 year warranty.
Still using my X headset today whilst the A20 is getting repaired.
