Definitely worth doing some sort of interview prep course if it's a bigger company with HR goons running the show.

Wasn't there a thread going around which had a decent list of some of the basic HR questions asked?

Just pretend you're someone else..no one would hire a typical pilot..driven motivated obsessive etc
