I did mine in a 767 sim, basic flight techniques such as climb at this speed or rate, steep turns, and an ILS, intercept this ndb bearing etc. They give you the pwr settings for the aircraft involved and it is reasonably straight forward if you have half an IFR brain.
interview was sterile when I did it, know your IFR plates/rules and how they apply to the aircraft your currently flying. Know limitations of the aircraft your currently flying.
What do you know about the company, fleet info, who are the bosses, ports and CRM style knowledge.
standard, have you had a conflict, what did you do about it?
Why do you want to join QL?
plenty can be found by simple searching.
Its not that imaginative interview really. Just relax and be confident and normal.
