flight time and pay calculation
Hi,
I am familiar with receiving hourly rate flight time plus salary system with my current company which operate only short haul flight. so only 2 crew members on board.
With the long haul flight that require more than 2 pilots. How an airline calculate its flight hours for payment. for example 2 FO for a 10 hr-flight. Will these FOs receive 10 hrs pay or divided to 5 each? The captain for this flight will receive the higher rate for 10 hrs.
