I got my CPL at a mix of Camden Aviation and Clamback and Hennessy in Bankstown. Both were great and in particular Ray and Aminta are great characters. Just make sure the school you choose has an appropriate plane for CPL training. In my day, minimum was a Cessna Cutlass, (Retracts, variable pitch and appropriate navaids as you can build CPL hours by doing an IR). I finished off on a Duchess twin.
