So CASA's CASR Parts 42,66,145,147 come into effect today.

How will your future be impacted?

Regarding Part 66, I believe both up and coming AME's and existing LAME's will have their careers negatively impacted in terms of career progression and future earnings potential, mainly due to the introduction of the 'A' licence.
