One of my mates told me a story that happened at least 20 years ago while he was running BK. My mate used to park his single engine aeroplane there but due to unpaid parking fees Mr. Knox promptly removed his propeller so he can't get away with it. Apperantly Mr. Knox still has the prop attached to his living room wall.
