Aircraft proceeds of organized crime - 9 news
Just saw on 9 news tonight a story about aircraft seized as part of proceeds of organized crime.
Looked like an L39 jet and Trojan parked outside. Showed a hangar (unsure if at the same site as these) with a couple of planes inside as well as motorbikes, jet ski etc.
Someone must know something about these if this was in fact a recent raid.
Not too many Trojans around

Mate they are the aircraft seized from that crooked accountant who was jailed for money laundering some years ago. They are all parked and locked up in what used to be the flying fighters hangar at the Western end of Archerfield. I may have some details twisted but that is where it looked similar to. Unfortunately I don't think those aircraft will fly anytime soon as they belong to the Feds and I am not aware of any being flown or even run for many years.
