I want to thank you all for your kind words and support. Its good to know Im not entirely stupid about this and no I did not fail this 9 times that was someone else that did that but Iv had 3 goes at it. last time failing by 1 question. 
But as it stands Im going back to America next week to fly the A320 for 3 months then Im out of work again and maybe Ill come back and have another go.
Ill take the test one more time before I go and if I fail Ill laugh on my way out and pretend Iv donated my money to a good cause at CASA I know there are those who have passed this thing first time round but I may just be one of those guys with a memory like a steel trap with the door open. Ill go fly the bus in America for a few months then come back and see If I can remember all this stuff in Meters in VFR. 
You are all correct though, Its CASA's sand box and we are just invited to play but the admission fee is a bit beyond me now.
