Rex investigators

Does anyone know ballpark pay and conditions for the safety investigator(s) positions that Rex are currently advertising?

They're also advertising for Manager of Human Factors and Safety Manager.

Are these new positions or are they recent vacancies? Virgin were advertising for safety personnel and a couple of their senior safety dudes are Ex-Rex..
