Medical Costs Disparity

I noticed the thread looking for the cheapest Medicals was closed this afternoon, so , lets not worry about who is cheapest or dearest.

Why is there such a disparity between doctors when they are all testing the same criteria?

Are they answerable to a board?

Medical Costs Disparity

Are you talking about the cost to you, as you suggest in the heading, or are you talking about the medical examination itself?

I am thinking in terms of myself but one thing I guess I overlooked is perhaps some of these medicals are performed at an age where ECG's are required? Having said that, the disparity may be in everyone posting costs without informing the forum what is being performed in their medical?
