ITCZ and rules of thumb for Asian weather patterns

I used to have a 1 page picture of the monthly movements of the ITCZ (used to have 12 diagrams) - and from memory it was a photocopy of a photocopy and was pretty blurry.

Does anyone know where (book or internet) where you can find a reasonable quality updated (as in newer piccy or colour graphics) diagram of the same thing.

Also can anyone remember the Acronym JASON (for the months) of the wet/typhoon season - and whether it applies to the India or regional Asia in general.

Also any other good rules of thumb for regional asia weather?
