Locusts

Given the warnings in the press and from operators and CASA, has anyone had significant experiences with this season's predicted plague?

Seems to be expected in significant bits of SA, NSW and Vic...

Ran through a few near Bedourie a week or so ago. Nothing too serious, just made really big splatters on the window

Plenty of patches of stripped trees(roosting areas) here and there around WQld. Spur Throats. Landed at Gregory Spring last week, and the airstrip was covered in them.
They would fly at about 2 feet when you taxyed or landed through them, luckily not at windscreen height.
Most swarms seem to be Spurs at the moment, but i am sure that will change.
