They most certainly are - at least they looked to be when I was there yesterday 
Have you been calling in Western Australian business hours (UTC+8)? Try the Royal Aeroclubs number instead perhaps : +61 (8) 9417 0000 - you'll get the same people except they will greet you as though you are calling the club as opposed to WAAC.

The jaa integrated fatpl course which is 64weeks done in Perth/uk is 68,000 including acommodation in perth and uk and flights. only thing I have to worry about is food and passing the course. Did you do the integrated course?
