He wasn't thinking. That's the whole problem.
He was obviously put up to it for the AEC to contact the Fedsec and ask if he is currently licenced as an engineer. Not that that matters a tinker's toss.
Main thing is no harm done. Not to SP anyway. Not too sure about the runner-up. Might be a bit more than his ego that's copped a battering.
