Alliance update?

So, Alliance are getting 8 new F100's this year (maybe a little exaggerated on my part; can't find reference to this media release ATM).

Anyhow... when's the recruiting going to start? Anyone inside like to share what they are like?
Rosters?
Pay?
Bases for the new jets??

Again I am told (3rd hand) that only 3 pilot's have ever left....? Surely not?

I know the T's and C's are a little GA, but surely the biggest F100 airline in the southern hemisphere deserves more than a shafting to the GA bugsmasher section. Please explain, especially when the post about the apparent demise of Strategic who've been in the industry 5 minutes are given the ok.
