Minimum hours for CPL(H)

I was wondering if anyone could give me a definitive answer as to whether or not I can do the 105 hours for CPL(H) in one machine or if I have to do 2 type endorsements in that 105 hours? I know the last 30 hours have to be done in 90 days but i'm just not 100% sure as to whether or not that is the only requirement for the 105.

Thanks

You can do all the hours in 1 type, and a maximum of 2.

Eg. mustering pilot's do not bother training in anything other than an R22.
