Tourist Vs Prop

How easy it can happen and yet how easy it can be avoided.

Not a nice way to spend your holidays.

Why would anyone with even a modicum of intelligence want to walk under an ultra-light aircraft while the engine was running?..........assuming the report is accurate

In Jack Newton's defence

It came to light in recent years Jack Newton was not inebriated when he got tangled in the propeller. There was either proceedings still taking place or some order preventing him from telling the story.

Someone with knowledge on the matter will hopefully clarify. What an abhorrent and sickening accident.

Although obviously this could have been avoided, to get away with some "deep cuts" and nothing worse after walking into a prop could be considered pretty lucky!
