Airservices Australia UTC Clock
Airservices Australia - Flight Briefing - Pilot Briefing Services
The UTC clock is currently reading (at 10:14 am AEST) 01:15 am
After daylight savings we are GMT + 10....after a quick google check (to check my insanity) 12:13am Sunday (GMT) - Time in GMT
Did airservices adjust their UTC clock for daylight savings?

At 1153 SA time (0223 UTC) Airservices Australia's website, Google, NAIPS, Microsoft and Telstra all agreed on UTC.

Time was when clickover and clickback were 0200 Local Standard time. (so 0300 in DST)
Certainly that was the recommended standard, although not everyone followed the standard.
'tis possible, based on the initial post that Airservices were right.
(A piece of trivia - QF used to have a flight ROM/ATH/BKK which transitted ATH about 0255/0350 DST. Yup; came the magic transition on the one night of the year it arrived at 0255 and departed 0250.)

In the 'Good Ole Days' of 'Quality Service'.....
ALL console / operational clocks were set to 'readjust' to 'GMT' EVERY day at 0000.......
Daylight Saving Included......when its included in GMT.........
Doesn't this still apply..??
