FAA.Low Vis. Cat 11

Afternoon folks,
I'm trying to find the answer to why the midpoint could be less than the
touchdown RVR, giving an example of DH 108'. 1200'/500', for a given
Rwy in the states. (KIAD 19C CAT 11 MINS).

Many thanks.

Covey.

You are probly in the wrong forum here. Not too many Australian GA pilots know much about Cat2 operations. Try Tech Log.

Cheers
