Is it relevant to post the new changes, because they will be redundant when the next round of deck chair shuffling occurs next week!

If your new boss wants to fix the "shocking" results of the recent employee engagement survey, then alot of existing managers will inevitably go. Especially with an EBA just around the corner.

Give us the guts! please!

Come on guys for those of us that have left can we have a bit more detail, and less cryptic comments?
We still have an interest in a place that we spent half our lives.
Thanx in advance.
Cheers

Can someone explain what Qfuture is about, where it's manager went,
what difference the new guy will make and who is now the head of LMO?

I imagine it is a section where you go to 'consider your future'.
Looks like the divide and conquer kharma wheel has turned.

The heavy maint mngr has returned, good one. did he leave?
E-mails from senior management who aren't listed in qf's directory,
can't remember his name or the new main mans' for that manner?

A shake out? , re-shuffling the titanics deck chairs? , lot's of lames saying W.T.F.

No idea what QFutures does, but heard a rumour that its where managers go to see out their contracts, and after all this is a rumour network.

Keith Clarke is the ex heavy manager who's coming back to Line Maint.
