I've got a telephone interview coming up with Jetstar, I've never done one before so was hoping someone could give me an idea of what to expect in terms of questions and any tips on giving a good impression from the end of a phone!

TIA

Ask them about the pay, then politely inform them that they are 'having a lend'. Seriously !

Basically, you need to have your resume in front of you (the exact one you sent them)
They will ask you what dates you started and finished at each previous employer.

The first question might be...

"This is the operator, we have Jetstar recruitment on the phone calling reverse charge; will you accept the call and pay the charges?"
