Does anyone know where I would be able to purchase the AIP textbooks (GEN, ENR, AD, and INDEX) in Sydney? concept is currently sold out.

Just mail order from the airservices website. They usually express post it, so it turns up within 2-3 days.

You could always order through airservices and it will arrive via courier next day.
Downunderpilotshop have a store at darling harbour might give them a call to see if they have in stock

Use the free online AIP and if you're going to spend some money, buy Jepps instead!
