Whitsunday Island Flying. Australia

Hi All,

Just wondered if anyone has done a sea plane or helicopter flight and beach trip to the Whitsunday Islands, that could help us out with a contact. We are arriving by ship and will take the tender to shore to spend the day there.
Thanks for any information.

Contact Air Whitsunday at Shute Harbour. Very nice fleet of Beavers and Caravans. Very professional. You'll love Whitehaven but make sure you have some spray for the sandflies, they can be very nasty if yhey are around.

I did a Tiger Moth trip from Shute Harbour last November. Amazing flying and utterly breathtaking scenery. It's a 10-minute taxi ride from Airlie Beach.

You can do fixed-wing, rotary, floatplane and even free fall from Shute Harbour.
