Anyone else getting sick of all these 'you're gonna get shafted' posts? I'll admit I got a chuckle the first few times but now it's all been done before.

Everyone knows or can find out the terms and conditions etc and make their own decisions. Your comments don't help.

All I can advise have you checked out Jet connect, Jet star, VB all pay or contribute to type rating pay the same or more
All others get more timeof and have proper employment contracts not indervidual like Pac Blue
Even Qantas and soon Air NZ are making sighs of recruitement.
Probably the last cab off the rank at the mo...
