I don't think it's a 100% comprehensive collection, but there are a quite a few here, this might be what you're thinking of?

Hi tinpis,
For NZ air accidents of 1950's, 60's and 70's you could try the Archives New Zealand website called Archway. Type 'civil air accidents' or similar in the search box.
I would post the link if I was sure how to do it.
This will give you basic info., such as date, a/c type, rego., and pilot's name.

You could also try the Aviation Safety Network Wikibase.
Go > view all accidents> search for specific accidents > select New Zealand in the drop-down menu > submit.
