Turbine Jabiru ?

What's the go with this one boys and girls - is this not the same old G.A carrot " we're getting a turbine / fancy twin / citation "

Genuine opportunity or trap for the new players ?

Sydney Jabiru Flying School is looking for Grade 3 Instructors


Recreational aircraft experience preferred

Successful applicants will be offered progression onto turbine ops

Guys, you have to really read the ad, it's progression to turbine ops, not flying, OPS .

So that means you get to push the battery cart around

Simple. Instruct for a while on Jabirus, then we'll get you into a nice blue and yellow Cessna Caravan, dropping skydivers. There's your turbine time.

Not hard to work out. BTW, the turbine operator is very busy!

I do believe I've flown that vomit comet, but before it was a vomit comet. Nice machine if memory serves, especially for a jump-ship

Just a question, What is a Grade 3 instructor?

Is it the same as a C-Cat in NZ?

The jabiru would probably be a great aircraft with a small turbine engine, but get real it isn't going to happen in the short term.
Any turbine time will be on another type!
Get in on the ground floor and don't sit around on this forum talking about it or you will be here in 10 years time still talking and have missed out.
