A330 Command Endorsement

A330 Co-Pilot endorsed looking for a training center to upgrade to a command endorsement. Would prefer Australia, and have considered Qantas, however; would also like to consider any other options.

Productive replies much appreciated.

I've heard it can be cheaper sometimes to fly over to america and do the endorsement over there, even when you include airfares and such. Know someone who did that recently and said it cost him approx $16k all up, though i think that was a 320 endo, not sure if theres much difference!!

Anywho, its worth looking into.

As the USA doesn't have "co-pilot" endorsements, you may even find that you get a full endorsement placed on your US licence, when you convert it!

I would have thought your employer would pay for that? Oh hang on, it doesn't work like that anymore does it?
