Touchy subject?
It seems that if ANYONE ever dare mention that airlines ALLEGEDLY have high level agreements with other airlines to not recruit from their ranks, that these posts are deleted.
Maybe it is TRUE?
Maybe we all know something but dare not put names here?
maybe this is illegal, IF it is true?

Your assertion is totally incorrect. Such posts or threads are left alone unless they are considered libellous. In such instances names are removed, or posts edited/deleted for the originator's protection.
However, as always, don't post anything you wouldn't be prepared to defend in court
