Fairchild SA-227AC Metro III training centre

Good aye !

Hi, I am working for flight training school located in korea. I just received request from the boss to look for Metro 3 training centre for the new business he's setting up. As far as I know we are setting up new part 135 operation soon and the aircraft will be metro 3.

If you have experiences with any training centre who can train our company pilots to operate metro 3. Please pm me or reply the contact address and website.

p.s. it does't matter on where the training centre is as long as it can provide quality training. we are considering most of the commonwealth countries for the training.

Regards
Thank you

Airwork (NZ) has a fleet of metro's, a mix of 3's and 23's. main base is Auckland (AKL/NZAA). They have a part 141 as well and might be interested in contract training.

and it's Gidday or G'day, slang/abbreviated form of good day.

I did the Metro 2/23 course at the Ansett Training Centre in Melbourne and it was pretty good, I'd recommend it. They have a simulator as well.

The airline is no longer but the sim business continues.

Yep that's the link thanks Goaty - BTW don't try to loop the Metro sim, it'll crash the computer. It does four-point rolls just fine though.

My vote is for Ansett aswell Did mine there, If safety is an issue when it comes to your endorsement just stick to sims, they are real enough
