Boeing 707 in Melbourne

Spotted a blue coloured 707 outside the maintenance hangars at Tullamarine yesterday. Anyone know whose is it?

This one runs various VPS around the world. It spends allot of time in Europe. I think it over run a runway a few years ago i dont know the details though
