MFTA mangalore - instructor work

There is an add up on afap, and has been a couple over the past 6 months, for G3 instructors with MFTA out at mangalore.

Anyone on here currently work for them - want to pm me..
Or anyone know any info on the company? pay/conditions? or any other advice for a Grade 3 looking to work up there?

Thanks.

Shadow.

A slight drift with regards to the thread.

As an instructor in training, I would like to know too the conditions and pay as a G3 instructor at MFTA as well as the general conditions across the industry.

Cheers

They advertised last June for the same position .. grade 3 instructors. Did anyone applying then hear back from them?

Pilots GA Award - as at 30 October 2008 - Australian Federation of Air Pilots

Good idea arflyingman. I too am curious as to what conditions instructors have experienced/ are experiencing industry wide. Are people still getting below the award? (link above)

Don't know anything about their conditions but I understand that they have a lot of foreign students especially from China and therefore experience in working in a multi-cultural environment is probably quite important.

Standard of training

Hi all - I'm a Grade 3 Instructor from interstate (QLD) and was wondering what MFTA are like? I have visited their website but it appears quite old and perhaps out of date?

Do they get much work apart from the Chinese cadet programs?
What is the safety standards there, and have they had any issues with their cadets?

I'm very keen to to have an interview and get full time instructing, just wondering if people have some further insight into the company?

Much Appreciated,
