I "adopted" (read forcibly given) about 25 of the little buggers while the dogman would come and go in between musters.

instructing is the go - initially...
go the instructing path.
plenty of international students, and, international airline cadet contracts within australia = lot's of instructor jobs available.
junior 3's are motivated and relatively cheap to employ and are therefor snapped up quickly. before you know it, if you're motivated; you'll have a thousand hours, grade 2, on ur way to a grd 1 and META (ifr training approval with the grd 1).
after you've built up the required hours, and, hopefully saved a few bux, you'll probably be able to find a turboprop job somewhere, unfortunately, at your own expense......
make sure you do an instructor rating where there would be a good chance of employment afterwards -there are plenty of these offers around!!!
