Aircraft Blocking 06L - Jandakot

When inbound to Jandakot this afternoon all the traffic was being directed to land on 06R. When I landed there was a Baron in the middle of 06L and not so obviously disabled. Just curious what was wrong with it....didn't appear to be much.

Could be a number of minor problems.
It may have been a tire blowout during landing.
It's happened before to the Barons at SFC @ JT, and is no big event.

I heard that it was caused by a fluctuation in the OAT that caused the front oleo to colapse, which in turn caught the eye of the DAMP auditor who requested that the pilot provide a breath sample, he inturn exceeded his flight and duty time which forced him to leave the aircraft on the runway
